What is a Christmas beauty box?

Are you closed over Christmas & New Year?

Our offices will be closed from the 24th December 2019 until the 2nd January 2020. Please note we will not have access to dispatch any outstanding orders after the 24th and may be unable to reply to any outstanding emails during this period of time.

When is the best time to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

Please place your order as early as possible in order to guarantee your goods arriving in time for Christmas. The cut off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is before 12pm on 18th December.

What happens if I place my order after the 18th December?

Any orders placed after this date will not be dispatched until 2nd January 2020. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order has been dispatched.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Orders are processed between 9AM – 5:30PM Mon-Fri. Orders received after 12PM on a weekday will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been dispatched but lease allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.

I paid for next working delivery, why hasn't my order arrived?

Orders are processed between 9AM – 5:30PM Mon-Fri. Orders received before 12PM on a next working day service will be dispatched the same day on a 24 hour tracked and signed for service.  Please allow up to 5PM the same day to receive a confirmation email and until 8PM the next day for your order to arrive.

If you have placed your order on a Friday after 12PM or on a weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) with next working day delivery,

If your order is placed before 12PM on a Friday or on Saturday/ Sunday your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day. You should receive an email before 5PM on the day of dispatch with delivery the next working.

I.e. If an order is placed on a Friday after 12PM, your order will be dispatched on the next working day (usually Monday) with a confirmation email sent before 5PM on the same day.

 

Has my order been dispatched?

Orders are processed between 9AM – 5:30PM Mon-Fri. Orders received after 12pm on a weekday will be dispatched the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

You will receive a confirmation email notification just after 4PM on the day of dispatch.

Please note this may vary if you place an order after 12PM.

I.e. If an order is placed on a Friday after 12PM, your order will be dispatched on the next working day (usually Monday) with a confirmation email sent before 5PM on the same day.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders will be sent on a standard Royal Mail service, with products being sent on a 3-5 working day service. Just a little heads up – For orders under £50, you will be charged £3.95 for delivery.

Can I track my order?

Can I amend my order?

If, after you have placed your order, you realise that you need to amend something. Please contact our customer care team here. We will try our best to assist you.

Help! Why haven't I received my confirmation email yet?

All orders are processed from 9AM – 12PM Mon – Fri. Customers will receive their confirmation email just after 4PM on working days.

Please allow a maximum of 24 hours during the week to receive your confirmation email and on the weekends allow 48 hours or until the next working day after 4PM.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept unopened returns within 14 days of purchase. Please see our returns and replacements policy for more details. If you were not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team here.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

We 100% understand the fact that you want to save as much money as you can. However, only one discount code should be used at one time. If you’re having issues with entering any discount codes at the checkout, please contact our customer care team here.

The products I have received are incorrect, what should I do?

We always try our best to ensure orders are packed correctly. However, if you find that you are missing an item, or something is wrong, then we certainly want to make it right for you. Please contact our customer care team here.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently only ship within mainland UK. In some circumstances we may be able to arrange shipping to Ireland and the Channel Islands, however extra shipping costs may incur. If you would like to check shipping costs with us, please contact our customer care team here.

How much is the standard delivery charge?

There is a £3.95 standard delivery charge for orders under £50. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

All orders over £50 will be free from delivery and you’ll qualify for a FREE beauty box! Win Win!

Is there an optional next day delivery charge?

In need of a last minute fix? Don’t worry, place an order before 12PM with next working day delivery for an extra cost of £8.

No minimum spend, just an extra £8. This will need to be selected during the checkout process.

Is the cost of shipping included in the £50 qualifying spend?

Yes, standard shipping is free when your basket reaches a total of £50.

Help! I didn’t receive my Shop Skincare beauty box?

If you didn’t receive a beauty box with your order, please get in touch with our customer care team here so we can rectify this for you as soon as possible.

Am I able to choose which products I will receive in my box?

We want you to be surprised when you open your beauty box, therefore you are not able to pre-select what goes inside. The products we send have all been tried and tested by our team so we are confident you will love them as much as we do.

What if I don’t like the beauty box products I receive?

Unfortunately, all Beauty Boxes are chosen at random so we’re unable to swap or replace gift items if you do not like them. You could alternatively share your products with friends and family or keep them stashed away in your emergency present drawer.

You are not able to pre-select what goes inside. The products we send have all been tried and tested by our team so we are confident you will love them as much as we do.

How do I add a Shop Skincare beauty box to my order?

You do not need to add the beauty box to your order when you checkout. We will automatically add a beauty box to all orders over £50.
