Returns and Replacements
We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, if unopened or a replacement for faulty products. Goods are to be returned within 14 days of arrival, in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges on our products.
Please follow these steps to return your goods:
- Please email us at email@example.com to inform us that you wish to return an item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Please provide us with your customer order number, which is found on the email confirming your order, and details of the item you wish to return.
- Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to Shop Skincare, C/O Graphters Ltd, 41 Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2NB.
- All returned goods will be examined upon receipt and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.
Please note: Refunds or exchanges are NOT accepted on products received in one of our beauty boxes. Please see our FAQ page for ideas of what to do with unwanted free gifts.
